Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

  • We have a 24-hour return policy.
  • You must request a return within 24 hours of receiving your item.
  • A return request must include detailed images and a valid reason.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused
  • With tags intact
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

3. How to Start a Return

  • Contact us at studio@gilloo.com to initiate the return.
  • The return shipping address will be confirmed via email.
  • Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
  • Contact us immediately if:
    • The item is defective
    • The packaging box is damaged
    • You received the wrong item.

Important Note

  • Returns or refunds are not applicable for reasons other than:
    • Damage during transit
    • Wrong product shipped
  • Please ensure you are fully satisfied with the product before placing an order.
  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item.
  • You will be informed whether the refund is approved or denied.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated.
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If Your Refund Is Delayed

Although we do our best to process refunds within 10 days of request approval, if more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at studio@gilloo.com.
